Wendy's education combined with her eighteen years of experience in accounting and HR has made her an innovative thinker who produces tangible growth for her clients - a true contributor to her fields of expertise. Outside of her work life, Wendy is also very active in the community. She sits on the board of trustees for the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Greater Seattle Business Association. In addition, she has previously served on the Seattle Women’s Commission (chair) and the Labor Standards Advisory Commission (chair), advising the Mayor and City Council on issues of economic opportunity for our region.
Founder & CEO
Wendy's passion drove her to advocate for and address issues such as gender-based violence prevention, equal pay, and wage theft. She has organized and lead workshops and panels, and has provided guidance during the creation of legislation including the Paid Sick and Safe Time Ordinance, the Wage Theft Ordinance, and the Fair Chance Employment Ordinance. And when New York was seeking to redefine their sick time law and expand it, Wendy was asked to provide insight for the creation of the New York Sick and Safe Time law.
