All employees are eligible for this benefit, including full time, part time, and temporary and occasional employees. If they are paid on payroll, or should be paid on payroll, frontload or accrue PSST for that employee.
Define business reason for asking why an employee needs to use their PSST
Example: WAC 296-135-080 “An employee is not required to produce or discuss with the employer, and the employer is prohibited from requiring, any information that would compromise the employee's or employee's family member's safety in any way.”
