Strategy Performance/ Analyst/ HR Operations
Matthew’s background in consulting streams back seven years, with management roles within both small and large enterprise and project leadership. He has developed leadership and performance measures for companies, developed and helped guide projects that are delivered to all its employees efficiently, managed three Human Resource departments, and worked with data analytics. He has a Bachelors in Business Administration from Westminster College and a Masters in Information Management from the University of Washington. In addition, his volunteer experience with the SBA as a lecturer allows him to guide business owners in the ethics of hiring and policies for best practices.
